Refuse to Apply Protectant

Is there something I haven't heard. Picked up a great new customer because many of my competitors are refusing to apply fabric protector. Her last carpet "professional" refused to clean some of her furniture because of the stains. All cleaned up nicely. Called me a real Superman.  :smitten:

3 sofas, 3 chairs, and loveseat with protector on all with more coming. Think I'll ask about being her carpet cleaner next.  :ph34r:
